Yes! Moppin' Mama's is fully insured and bonded. Your home and belongings are protected during every visit. We carry full liability insurance so you can have complete peace of mind.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Not at all! Many of our clients — especially lake house and Airbnb owners — provide us with a key or lockbox code and we handle everything. We share before & after photos when the job is complete.
How do I pay?

We accept cash, check, credit card, debit card, and bank transfer — whatever works best for you! Many of our clients prefer to pay by cash or check at the time of service, and that's completely fine. If you'd like the convenience of paying online, you can do so through your client portal. We'll always work with what's most comfortable for you.
What if I'm not satisfied with the clean?

How much does a standard cleaning cost?

Pricing depends on the size of your home and the type of service. Residential cleans start at $95, lake house retreats from $195, and Airbnb turnovers are priced per property. Use our online booking form to get an instant quote!
Do you offer recurring cleaning discounts?

Yes! Weekly cleanings save 15%, bi-weekly save 10%, and monthly save 5% compared to one-time rates. Our VIP Membership ($149/mo) includes priority scheduling and an additional 10% off all services.
What's included in a lake house clean?

Our Lake House Retreat package includes a full interior deep clean, deck and outdoor area detailing, window and sliding door polishing, post-guest turnover service, and seasonal open/close cleans. Perfect for short-term rental owners.
How fast can you turn over an Airbnb property?

We specialize in fast turnarounds — typically 2-4 hours depending on property size. We work with your Airbnb checkout and checkin times to ensure your property is guest-ready every time.
Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes, we bring all cleaning supplies and equipment. We use eco-friendly, non-toxic products that are safe for children, pets, and the environment. If you have a preferred product, just let us know!

How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance for standard cleanings. For Airbnb turnovers, same-day service may be available with a rush fee. Book online or call us at (989) 992-3834.
Can I reschedule or cancel?

Yes! Reschedule or cancel anytime through your client portal or by calling us. We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations to avoid a late cancellation fee.
Will I get reminders before my cleaning?

Yes! You'll receive an email and SMS reminder 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning. You can also log into your client portal anytime to view upcoming appointments and cleaning photos.
Do you work on weekends and holidays?

We're available 7 days a week, including weekends. Holiday availability may be limited — book early during peak seasons like summer and holidays to secure your preferred time.

Are your products safe for kids and pets?

Absolutely. We use eco-friendly, non-toxic, biodegradable cleaning products that are safe for children, pets, and the environment. Our Baby Shower Package uses exclusively baby-safe products — no harsh chemicals ever.
Can I request specific products?

Of course! If you have allergies, sensitivities, or preferred brands, just let us know when booking. We're happy to accommodate special requests.
Do you use scented products?

We use lightly scented products by default. If you prefer fragrance-free cleaning (especially for allergy sufferers or newborns), just request this when booking — we'll use unscented products throughout.
